Administrative Officer

Roles and Responsibilties:

  • Should organize administrative operations and prepare weekly, monthly, annual reports on office expenses and allocate budget

  • Forecast and place order for office inventories

  • Preparing and maintaining client’s appointments with respective department

  • Keep office calendar up to dates with all of schedule activities

  • Monitor vendors and contractor’s performance, and should make sure to align with office administration

  • Perform Bi-Weekly or Monthly activity of raising invoices, record keeping of the payments and plays critical role to co-ordinate with clients

  • Work priorities, deliver timelines are monitored closely, and shared among the staff and senior leaders 

  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation

Computer Applications Knowledge: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel

Compensation & Hours:

Salary and working hours: CAD $25.30 per hour with minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $37.95 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
