Position: Distribution Sales Manager

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $39/ hour for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education: University degree or Diploma in Business

Distribution Sales Manager (NOC 0601) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales of all stores.
• Sales manager need to lead the entire sales team and build relationships with the clients.
• Oversee negotiations related to the sales contract.
• Establish sales organizational policies and operations.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base.
• Make strategies to boost the sale of the new or existed product.
• Recruit, organize and train the staff.
