Duties and responsibilities

• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
• Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
• Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces
• Planning the optimum structure of machining operations to be performed by studying and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables or study sample parts.
• Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machine tools including computer numerically controlled (CNC) tools to perform precision, non-repetitive machining operations such as sawing, turning, milling, boring, planning, drilling, precision grinding and other operations
• Verifying dimensions of products for accuracy and determining whether it meets specified standards and specifications using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Set up and adjust production machineries/tools

Education

·       Completion of secondary (High) school is required.

Experience

·       CNC Machinist: 2 Years to less than 3 years (Preferred)
