Food Service Supervisor

1 Full-time permanent Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6311) position available at 2147847 Ontario Ltd. O/A Subway, located at 4870 Tomken Road, Unit 8, Mississauga, , Ontario -L4W 1J8, Canada

 Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 6331:

• Provide supervision, tasks coordination and support to the staff.
• Prepare staff weekly schedules
• May assist management with screening of new applications is required
• Ensure that food preparation meets the quality standards
• Supervision of inventory control, maintenance of records of stocks, repair orders, sales contract and prevention of unnecessary wastage.
• Supervision of delivery of ingredients, supplies and goods ordered on regular basis.
• Train new hires and ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and hygiene measures are followed by all employees
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Provide fast and friendly service to the clients
• Resolve work related problems and grievances and perform other duties as required

  Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary School
• Minimum one year of experience in related field.
• May require to work on flexible schedule: early mornings, late evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
• Must be punctual, reliable and comfortable to work in fast pace environment.

Compensation:

$16 per hour for 37.5 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
