Food Service Supervisor

The Tim Hortons at 9936 Airport Road, Brampton ON L6S 0C5 is recruiting for the position of a FULL TIME Food Service Supervisor.  We are looking for a committed, caring, and energetic individual. We provide a fun-filled atmosphere, competitive wages, and opportunities to grow. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
• Ensure Tim Hortons standards and guidelines are followed when preparing orders for our guests.
• Ensure a clean environment through regular clean up.
• Train new employees in job duties, health, hygiene & safety standards as per company policy.
• Counting and balancing of cash sheets and floats.
• Responsible for counting, ordering, and tracking inventory.
• Maintain records of sales, stocks, wastage, breakage & repairs
• Manage labour costs through scheduling.
• Ensure food and paper cost goals are met.
• Resolve any guest concerns.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Plan out the daily operations and take control of the floor to ensure daily goals are met.
• Ensure Tim Horton's policies and regulations are always followed. 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1-year or more
• Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Wages: $16.25/hour
