Ginger Indian Cusine Inc. dba Ginger Indian Cuisine located in Richmond, BC is looking for Ethnic cook with experience in cooking Indian food dishes.

Job Duties are as follows:

-Prepare & cook complete meals, individual dishes & foods.

-Maintain inventory & records of food, supplies & equipment.

-Manage kitchen operations.

-Supervise kitchen and helpers.

-Plan menus, determine size of food portions

-Estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies

Following are the Job Requirements:

-Completion of Secondary School is required.

– Two years of cooking experience is required.

-Ability to prioritize, multitask and work well both independently and in a team.

Salary: $25.00 per hour for 40 hrs/week and 8 hrs/day
