Truck Drivers Required

Highlight Motor Freight is a large leading trucking company.
We deliver billions of items to Canadians and customers outside of Canada each year. Currently, we are hiring truck drivers. 30 vacancies are available. The successful candidate should:
Speak English, have secondary (high) school graduation certificate, have Driver's License (Class 1 or A); Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, provide Driving record check (abstract) and Criminal record check, pass drug test; willing travel for extended periods; travel during overnight
Experience 1-7 months is preferable but we provide great training on the site.
It is 2-year contract, start days as soon as possible. We offer competitive salary $21.50 /h up to 60 hours per week and medical benefits.
Specific Skills
Drive lighter, special purpose trucks; Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials; Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo; Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy; Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
Documentation Knowledge
Accident or incident reports; Trip reports; Trans-border documentation; Maintenance and repair reports; Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip); Driver logbook; Bill of lading
Work Location Information
The head office in located at 391 Creditstone Road, Concord, ON. The drivers will travel to various locations; Relocation costs covered by employer
