Restaurant Manager

Job Duties

• Plan and manage the operations of our outlet
• Implement and oversee operational procedures
• Recruit right staff for the outlet and oversee that staff training is being done properly
• Set staff work schedules and monitor their performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• All other duties required to maintain the decorum of the store
