2)      Salary Range: $37.00 to $42.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

2. Job Requirements

1)      Languages: English.

2)      Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

3)      Related Experience: Experience an asset

4)      Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, willing to travel, travel expenses paid by employer

5)      Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure

6)      Personal Suitability: Hard-working, goal-oriented

7)      Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre

 

3. Main Responsibilities (Special Skills)

1)      Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales

2)      Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales

3)      Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies

4)      Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale

5)      Develop and implement marketing strategies

6)      Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues

7)      Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
