Stitch World Alterations is expanding its services and looking for a Store Managers to join their team and serve the customers with its good management skills.
Position: Store Manager
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years
Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $31.00/Hr. 40 hours per week

Location: 2145-4700 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4M1
Store Manager (NOC 0621) will have to perform all of these duties:
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
- Attend calls and call customers regarding sizes or confirmation of delivery or any other clarification about their order.
- Attend the customers and note their requirement and put their information in the computer.
- Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
- Negotiate with vendors for the store supplies for good pricing.
- Make sure the store has inventory like zips, buttons, thread and other supplies as directed.
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Make sure all the working area is clean and organized.
- Enter the customers data in the computer
- Maintain the cash register and other records
