1087676 BC LTD (DBA: Freshii) has an aim toworks with a mission of helping citizens of the world live better by making healthy food convenient and affordable. We are looking for a “Fast Food Manger” to join our team in Langley.

Salary: $27.20 hour for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Completion Senior Secondary Schooling

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Location: Unit 37, 20821 Fraser Highway, Langley, BC, Canada V3A 4G7

Main Duties:

• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing good health and sanitation standards and procedure.
• Plan menus by consulting with the internal staff and cooks.
• Estimate food cost and profits.
• Make changes in the menu after taking consent of the employer.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
• Actively participate in the restaurant’s financial objectives by forecasting; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, and initiating other corrective actions
• Make a schedule and review job contributions.
• Recruit and train new staff and Resolve any complaints of the internal staff.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding; Standing for extended periods. Ability to supervise 4 - 5 people.
