Ourr Home & Appliances is an home appliances organization committed to operational excellence and exceptional service delivery. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate administrative services such as office operations, records management, and support services.

Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

Manage office staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Coordinate facilities management, supplies, and vendor contracts

Oversee document management, filing systems, and compliance with regulations.

Support senior management with administrative planning and reporting.

Ensure efficient communication and coordination across departments.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in administrative management or office management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
