PIZZA TOWN & INDIAN CUISINE LTD is an Indian Grill & Curry House specializing in Indian food, and pizzas and designing special menus as per the customer’s choice. We are in need of a Manager to manage the daily operations of the restaurant located at 1041 Unit-A, Ridgeway Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3J 1S6, Canada

Job Title: Restaurant Manager (NOC- 0631)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: C$27.00 per hour for 40 hours a week

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Minimum Education: Completion of Senior Secondary School is required.

Language: English

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Description:

·        Plan menus by consulting with the cooks; estimate food costs and profits; adjust menus. Monitor      food, presentation, and service.

·        Provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff.

·        Resolve any complaints of the customers and the internal staff.

·        Make a schedule and review job contributions.

·        Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

·        Actively participate in the restaurant’s financial objectives by forecasting, Developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets; scheduling expenditures, and by initiating other corrective actions.

·        Implement operational procedures.

·        Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Cost products, and services.

·        Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

·        Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing sanitation standards and procedures.

·        Be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.

 Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, must be willing to work on all shifts (Evenings & Weekends).
