LAZZEZ’S GRILL LTD (DBA:LAZZEZ’S GRILL INDIAN CUISINE) believes in fine dining Indian Cuisine. We offer our customers not only mouth watering food but also offer Dine in, meeting and party size tables for special occasions. Majority of our dishes are cooked in Tandoor (clay oven) that makes us stand out from the other restaurants. Wage: C$27.00/hour
Supervise: 5-10 people
Job Duties:
Plan menus by consulting with the chefs; estimate food costs and profits; adjust menus. Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing sanitation standards and procedures; maintain the ambiance by controlling the lighting, background music, linen services, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement. Monitor food, presentation and service. Help in recruiting and training new staff. Resolve any complains of the customers and the internal staff. Make staff schedule and review job contributions. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Actively participate in restaurant’s financial objectives by forecasting; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, and by initiating other corrective actions. Make sure meeting tables and party tables are arranged as per the demand of the customers need.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Education: Completion of secondary school is a must. Completion of Bachelors degree will be an asset.
