Job Title: Administrative Support Officer (NOC: 13100)
Position: Permanent, Full-Time 40 hours/ week.

Education: Completion of High School is required.
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Wage: C$ 26.50/hour
Specific Skills
Schedule and confirm appointments. Greet people and direct them to the service area. Answer telephones and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Complete data, statistics and other information. Confirm appointments. Order office supplies and maintain all the records of the inventory. Order all the safety equipments needed and make sure the quality is good as required. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. May supervise and train office staff in use of current software and procedures. Prepare, key in, edit all the information. Make invoices, brochures, reports and related material according to the business of the organization. Updating and maintaining information in appropriate databases
Additional Skills
Having knowledge of MS Excel; MS Word.
Personal Suitability: Multi tasking,Accurate; Excellent oral communication; Excellent written communication; Client focus; Organized and strong computer skills.
