Cashier

Liquor Landmark Holdings Ltd. is a liquor store and is looking forward for a Cashier to join their team located in Surrey.

Position: Cashier

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $16.20/ hour for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.

Experience: No prior experience needed.

Location: 13631 80 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 3C3

Cashier (NOC 65100) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Greet Customers for exceptional guest experience.
• Receive and process payments by cash, credit cards, automatic debit and cheques.
• Wrap and place merchandise in bag.
• Establish or identify pricing of goods, services using electronic or other cash register, optical price scanner or other equipment.
• Ensuring the stock levels are maintained on the shelves - including inventory rotation
• Taking initiative to address "issues" and any possible stock shortages
• Represent the organization in a professional manner
• Provide information to customer
• Calculate total payments received at end of work shift and reconcile with total sales
• Verify the age of customers when selling alcohol products
• May also stock shelves and clean check-out counter area.
