Hundred Impressions Consulting Inc. is a Canadian based company set up in British Columbia and is urgently in need of an “Office Manger” to take care of its daily operations.

Qualification: Completion of Secondary School.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Wage: C$28.00/hr.

Job duties of Office Manager (NOC: 13100):
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of office systems
- Supervise and Coordinate with the office administrative procedures and the staff.
- Evaluate and implement new procedures.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff.
- Make sure the task is completed within deadlines and proper procedures are followed.
- Conduct analysis and oversees administrative operations relating to budget, contracting and project planning and management procedures.
- Prepare operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary control.
- Handle client enquiries, in person as well and on phone and direct to the right department. Handle complains.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as security services, forms and maintenance.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data is maintained.
- Follow-up with the clients and schedule meetings and respond to emails.
Additional Skills and Physical Capabilities
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work, Knowledge of office management will be an asset, Fast-paced environment; sitting in front of computer for long time, must be a team player, client focused, having a strong organization and planning skills. Have excellent written and verbal communication.
