Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40hr/week)

Wage: C$28.00/hr.
Education: Completion of secondary school is must. A college degree or diploma will be an asset.
Language Requirement: English.
Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Duties:
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Carry out administrative activities
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review them.
- Delegate and assign the work to the staff.
- Make sure the deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Take responsibility of maintenance work and security services.
- Conduct the business analysis and oversees administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning.
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Collect, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Supervise records management technicians and related staff.
