Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40hr/week)

Wage: C$27.00/hr.

Language Requirement: English.

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Qualification: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Job duties:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Provide an engaging in store experience through interacting with customers and supporting teammates on the sales floor
• Be accountable for Hiring and training and coaching associates in all aspects of sales and customer engagement
• Sell merchandise and monitor and report staff performance.
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Able to supervise 3 to 4 people
