Wage Rate: $ 27.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full – time, (35 hours per week) Permanent employment

As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, the following duties must be performed:

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Perform minor repairs on appliances
• Perform safety and security checks
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Work with minimal supervision

Other requirements:

Language of work: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 years to less than 7 months of relevant experience is a must.

Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized and Reliability

Must be able to handle weight of Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
