Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to timelines and resources as necessary to meet objectives.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Resolve any contractual disputes or issues that may arise during construction activities.
• Establish quality standards and guidelines for construction work, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address deficiencies and maintain project quality.
• Assist with procurement of materials and provide updates to the budgets, financial reports/projections as required.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum a college diploma in construction management, engineering, or other related fields. Prefer to have higher education.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as construction manager, project manager, site manager or a construction background involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Understanding of the role of owner, architect-engineer, contractor, and subcontractor relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills; must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
