Welder-Fitter

Our company is looking to hire welder-fitter with minmum 2 years of experience. We operate out of trucks which goes to client site. Work is usually related to trucking industry.

Following are the primary duties for the role:

• Repair of diesel tanks for trucks and trailers by welding on extra layers.
• Fabrication of different projects according to design, drawing and demand.
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
• To operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), plasma cutting, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW).
• To operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment along with other machines.
• Keep his work area clean and maintain a safe working environment while keeping all procedures in place.
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment
• Operate metal shaping, bending & straightening machines.
