College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience:

2 years in inventory control management and/or warehouse supervision, preferably in automotive retail, used car sales, or related dealership environment.

Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available for this position.
Responsibilities and Tasks
-
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff handling vehicle and parts inventory in a small-sized used car dealership.

Establish work schedules and procedures for vehicle intake, inspection, detailing, and preparation for sale.

Coordinate inventory activities with sales and financing departments.
-
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
-
Requisition vehicle accessories, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Monitor vehicle inventory, VIN tracking, and related documentation.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle acquisitions, transfers, and sales audits.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Resolve work-related issues and recommend process improvements.
-
Operate dealership inventory management software and prepare required reports.
-
Provide hands-on support during busy periods while maintaining a supervisory role.

Coordinate basic maintenance of dealership facilities and equipment.
