Job Duties:

Develop and manage budgets to control costs related to pizza ingredients, beverages, packaging, kitchen equipment, and cleaning supplies.

Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow, food quality, and timely customer service.

Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day store operations including order processing, food preparation, delivery coordination, and customer pickup service.

Supervise team members including kitchen staff, counter staff, and delivery drivers to ensure service standards are met.

Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and assign staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak and non-peak business hours.

Train new employees on Panago operational procedures, customer service standards, food safety practices, and POS systems.

Determine service processes such as dine-in (if applicable), takeout, delivery, online orders, and implement operational procedures accordingly.

Balance cash, complete daily cash-outs, prepare cash reports, and maintain accuracy of sales transactions and shift records.

Conduct staff performance reviews and support employee development through feedback and improvement plans.

Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory levels for pizza ingredients, toppings, sauces, beverages, and operational supplies to prevent shortages and waste.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Negotiate and coordinate supply arrangements with vendors for food products, packaging materials, and other store supplies.

Participate in local marketing initiatives and assist with promotions to increase store sales and community awareness.

Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly to maintain service reputation and customer loyalty.

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Skills Requirements:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
-
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
