Job Duties:

• Plan and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
• Evaluate operational performance and implement improvements.
• Manage staff and delegate responsibilities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees and volunteers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Determine staffing needs and maintain adequate coverage.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide business decisions.
• Select products and services to meet customer demand.
• Set and implement pricing and credit policies.
• Source and purchase merchandise for resale.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Supervise office operations and volunteer staff.
