COBS Bread Bakery, located at #102-9317 96th Street, Fort St John, BC, V1J 6V5, Canada is looking for Bakers. The candidate should have either minimum 3 months of direct experience or a diploma/ certificate in relevant education . Pay per hour will be $21.00. This is a full-time position for 30-40 hours a week. We will also consider the candidates who wish to work part-time only.
The following are major set of duties, but not limited to:
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
Bake mixed dough and batters
Draw up production schedules
Train staff
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Operate machinery
Organize and maintain inventory
