JOB DUTIES
OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Prepare documents including letters, memos, forms & other paperwork
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Proactively assist in addressing customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Conduct interviews and recruit employees
- Create and orderly filing system to maintain and organize files both electronically as well as physically
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Create, coordinate and maintain vendor supplier information, employee data base
- Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation, prepare monthly financial information and submit to Accountants
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: 22.50 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 32 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $33.75 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
