Salary: $14.55/hour for 40.0 hours per week

This position requires on- call shifts, willing to move shifts from days, evenings and nights, willing to stay for overtime and weekend works if needed.
High school diploma and attended vocational or technical training, and a minimum of 1 year of experience as supervisor are required.
Specific skills required for this job requires you to be able to supervise and co-ordinate food preparers, establish work schedules, estimate and order ingredients, prepare order summaries for the chef. You must be familiar in taking orders from the customers until serving the food at the counter or at their tables. Moreover, you must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, and be be able to prepare reports, budget and cost estimates.
In addition, you must be able to establish strategies to meet work schedules and be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. You are also expected to supervise five to ten people.
You must be able to read text, accustom to basic numeracy, possess communication skills basic enough to be understood, and ability for critical thinking, job planning and organizing.
You must be familiar with basic computer skills, accessing internet, fax machine and telephones.
You will be working in a non-smoking and fast-paced environment. You are exposed to work under pressure and having tight deadlines.
You need to secure your own means of transpiration. Public transportation is accessible and travel expenses coming to and from the workplace is not paid by employer
