ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
JOB DUTIES
Administrative Officer
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases with client records
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Distribute, forward and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $24.20 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $36.30 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
