Child Caregiver / Nanny

We are seeking an in-home Caregiver (NOC 4411), who is reliable, organized, friendly, and dedicated to looking after my son, who is 1 year of age.

Skills and Employment Requirements: -

• Completion of secondary school
• Certificate of 6 months Caregiver training program OR minimum One year experience as a Child Caregiver / Nanny is required
• Criminal record check is required
• English language is required

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Prepare and serve nutritious meal
• Bathe and Dressing the child

• Change diapers

• Assume the full responsibilities of the child while parents are away
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Organized and participate in games so that children feel comfortable
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home
• Maintain and keep a full record of daily activities and health information
• Tend to the emotional well being of the children
• Can carry up to 20 lbs

Permanent position and Salary $ 15.50 per hour

4% vacation pay and all other benefits are as per Canadian law

40 hours a week

Public transportation is available
