We are looking for natural leader to support our General Manager.

Duties

• Oversees daily kitchen department operation, including start of shift briefings.
• Assign positions for staff members during shift
• Perform Inventory management tasks
• Establish work schedules.
• Coach, Train and develop a strong kitchen team including new staff.
• Ensuring a high level of cleanliness at all times.
• Order appropriate materials and ensures inventory lists are up to date.
• Ensuring labour and production plans are adjusted as per the requirement to minimize the wastage
•  Assist in planning new menu items
• Ensuring all the food is prepared as per the quality standards.

Requirements

• Secondary School Completion
• Completion of a college program in food service/ restaurant management or have at least one month of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to legally work in Canada
