Job requirements

Education: College diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of marketing or advertisement experience

Specific Skills: 

  • Assist in social media network development and direct and establish the marketing strategies, create promotional information to drive business

  • Coordinate multiple channels of marketing strategies, support sales and lead marketing efforts

  • Establish distribution networks for company services, initiate market research studies and analyze the result to improve the marketing strategies

  • Direct social media strategies, maintain media relations on behalf of businesses

  • Organize and maximize the promotion campaign, manage budgets for marketing campaigns

  • Monitor and improve SEO, maintain and increase the brand and internet position, stimulate the browsing rate

  • Evaluate performances of marketing campaigns, test new marketing opportunities

  • Address customer service problems, analyze customer feedback from social media platforms, develop and implement communication strategies and information programs

  • Building relationships with media outlets, troubleshooting marketing campaigns that are not performing well

  • Manage employees and third-party vendors, offer proper training process

  • Analyzing advertise returns, report and make suggestions to upper management

 

Personal Suitability: 

  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

  • Understanding of public relations.

  • Advanced communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
