Business Development Officer

• Build client relationships. You will initiate new potential client contacts and develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve selection to perform pre construction and detailed planning services. 

• Submit competitive bids in response to proposals that satisfy the industry standards. 

• Creating E-Marketing strategies to generate new areas of business for the growth of the company including social media marketing by creating fresh and informative content through all the channels. 

• Set clear project milestones and manage projects from start to finish. 

• Conduct marketing research on competition, including pricing, promotions, etc. 

• Perform market research to identify, qualify and prioritize potential markets, projects and customers.

• Develop strategies to optimize project opportunities and meet construction market business development goals. 

• Deliver exceptional presentations and proposals to clients to win business. Assist the development of major proposals. 

• Make the marketing plans on a monthly basis to increase sales of the company and to fulfill the targets. 

• Gather information and define marketing objectives and strategies
