Skills:Forest inn bar & grill is looking for a full-time permanent Sous Chef at our Sioux Lookout Ontario location. Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience and able to prepare in East Indian Cuisine and Western Food .Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory, Analyze operating costs and other data, Requisition food and kitchen supplies, Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
