Frulact Canada is currently recruiting for the position of Junior Key Account Manager based in Kingston, ON with the following responsibilities:
- Develop business in the Food Industry, specifically in the food ingredient market, by building strong client relationships through regular communication;
- Pursue new business leads by gathering information on new clients (i.e. client needs, pricing); study the North American market
- Manage clients to continuously develop their sales plan
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ inquiries, including product and pricing details
- Manage internal projects to answer to clients’ requests
- Report the status of accounts to Head of Sales, North America
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in sales in the Food Industry (preferably in ingredients B2B)
- Experience with software
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build professional relationships
- Autonomy, resilience and results oriented
- Solid presentation and negotiation skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Based or willing to relocate in Kingston, Ontario
- Language knowledge: English and French as a plus
