Larush Business Solutions Inc. is looking for a Contact Center Manager. Please refer to the job description below: 




 




Wages: $34.00 Hourly 




Job Type: Full-time, permanent (at-least 37.5 hours per week) 




Language: English 




Experience: At-least 1 year of work experience required in a similar role is required.

Job Description: 




Plan, organize and maintain the operations of our organization 




Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of our organization 




Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams 




Provide guidance to the team members on the development and implementation of service quality, sales, marketing etc 




Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies 




Represent our company within various economic and social organizations 




Assist staff with the management of technical problems 




Recruit, train and supervise staff
