Salary: $18.00 per hour, full time, 40 hours per week, regular employment
Job requirements: 1 -2 year of proven experience in cooking, able to work in fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, attention to details, personal suitability: judgement, organized, client focus, dependability, flexibility, reliability, team player, European cuisine specialty an asset
Duties: prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, organize and manage buffets and banquets
