Job Duties:
- Co-coordinate the activities of construction workers.
- Make estimates of quantities of materials and labour required.
- Hire and train new construction workers
- Cooperate with other subcontractors and adjust work schedules accordingly.
- Resolve any work problems or complications.
- Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.
- Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures.
- Prepare work progress reports.
Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 23 lbs.
