  • Manage Retail and wholesale Part of Business
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales department in wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Determine strategic planning related to product price and credit policies
  • Recruit, organize and provide staff training and manage staff
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives and develop strategies to achieve targets
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors operation on sales
  • Sourcing, placement purchase orders with overseas vendors (India, China & Bangladesh)
  • Negotiate new products prices and follow up on deliveries
  • Planning and Finalizing new sales venues such as retail shows, retail stores etc.
