Education: College, CEGEP or other non- university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Number of openings: 1

Wage: $24.50/hr

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate financial records and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Post journal entries
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare cheques for various bills such as utility and tax in a timely manner
• Complete all payroll administration functions
• Complete tax forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents
• Calculate and prepare tax returns
• Prepare financial and accounting reports and perform other personal bookkeeping
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.

Employment Requirements:

College, CEGEP or other non- university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Work experience 1 year to less than 2 years
