Description of the job offer:

Inspection of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met. Maintain reports on costs, profit margins, and hours worked. Order and inspect food products, supplies, and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare employee schedules and evaluate employee performance. May direct the preparation of food and beverages.May assist dietitian with menu planning.Could interview, select and hire new employees.Could supervise employees engaged in the assembly of meal trays.

Job requirements

Languages: Bilingual

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Ability to Supervise:5-10 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
