JOB DUTIES:

• Instruct all modules to students at the Institute pertaining to language tests eg, IELTS and CELPIP.
• Create instructional resources for use in the classroom.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and prepare material for presentations.
• Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
• Conduct mock tests every week or bi-weekly.
• Mark student’s work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of student’s progress and development and evaluate and identify student’s individual learning needs
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance.
• Utilize curriculum that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served.
• Select and use a range of different learning resources and equipment, including podcasts and interactive whiteboards.

ELIGIBILITY:

• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration will be an asset.
• Experience in IELTS Coaching Centre is an asset.
