Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of pizzas, salads, and appetizers
- Preparation of roasted and grilled meats and seafood
- Grilling
- Preparation of hot appetizers, pasta, soups, and vegetables
- Preparation of cold dishes
- Overseeing subordinate personnel in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Helping executive chef-owner in planning menus,
- Ensuring quality of food
- Clean kitchen and work area
Benefits:
As per regulations plus share on gratuities; overtime pay of 1.5 times hourly rate after 48 hours of work in a week
