Job Duties

 

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of pizzas, salads, and appetizers
  • Preparation of roasted and grilled meats and seafood
  • Grilling
  • Preparation of hot appetizers, pasta, soups, and vegetables
  • Preparation of cold dishes
  • Overseeing subordinate personnel in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Helping executive chef-owner in planning menus,
  • Ensuring quality of food
  • Clean kitchen and work area

 

Benefits:

As per regulations plus share on gratuities; overtime pay of 1.5 times hourly rate after 48 hours of work in a week
