Specific Skills
Precisely chop poultry into parts and remove bones for display and kitchen orders; Expertly cut, prepare, and wrap meat, poultry, and fish for front display counters and walk-in customers; ; Maintain cleanliness during meat processing and cutting; Regularly sanitize and clean machines and work areas to prevent cross-contamination and food-borne illnesses;Collaborate with other butchers and meat cutters to manage inventory efficiently; Skillfully cut carcasses, sides, and quarters; Utilize powered grinders and slicing machines for grinding and slicing meats
