Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and financial budgets to the executive team.
  • Taking charge of the sales team, offering direction, inspiration, and assistance to attain both individual and collective performance goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
  • Lead the market development team to collect price benchmarking data and motivate the sales team, including hiring training, and performance management
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team
  • Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  • Deploy and execute go to market strategy and agreed action plan.
  • Full sales, support, and operational responsibility for the company.
  • Design, implement and execute annual budgets and strategic plans. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 5 years or more in sales management within the IT/Networking professional services sector or similar sector.
  • Strong understanding of solutions, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to effectively lead, coach and manage others in a professional environment.
  • Ability to positively influence at all levels and possess executive presence.
