We are a very well-known automotive dealership with a great reputation in the Lower Mainland of Greater Vancouver in British Columbia for car sales and service for more than 30 consecutive years. We’re looking to hire:
Position:
2 Customer service supervisors - retail
2021 version National Occupation Classification (NOC): 62010
Job duties:
• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
Terms of Employment:
Full time (40 HOUR/WEEK) – Permanent

Completion of Secondary School
