Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget, maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports as per the management requirements.
- Address customers complaints or concerns.
- Supervise and check delivery of food items.
