Responsibilities
Tasks
1. Overseeing the operation of Saskatchewan's only self-serve sundae bar, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
2. Supervising the preparation and presentation of a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings.
3. Managing the promotions, including customer flow and satisfaction.
4. Hiring and Training new staff on the customization options available for sundaes, including flavor combinations and topping selections.
5. Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards specifically related to frozen dessert service.
6. Conducting inventory checks on frozen yogurt flavors and a wide range of toppings, ordering supplies as necessary.
7. Implementing quality control procedures to maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.
8. Resolving customer inquiries and feedback with a focus on enhancing the self-serve sundae experience.
9. Coordinating with delivery services like Skip the Dishes for order accuracy and promotional offers.
10. Maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency of self-serve stations and equipment.
11.Loss prevention, security, unloading and warehousing deliveries
12.Handling cash floats to make sure the daily sales report is accurate.
