Specific skills: Trimming meat to prepare it for sale or further processing, grinding meat for ground products, and possibly marinating, seasoning, or preparing meat according to specific recipes or customer requests, Ensuring the work area, tools, and equipment are clean and sanitized according to health and safety regulations, Serving customers by taking orders, providing recommendations, and answering questions about meat products, preparation methods, and storage guidelines, Preparing meat for sale by cutting it into portions, packaging, labeling, and pricing products, and arranging them attractively in display cases, Adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations, including wearing protective clothing, handling knives and equipment safely, and following procedures for handling and disposing of meat safely, Helping in preparing orders, ensuring they are accurate and ready for pickup or delivery, and possibly assisting with the transportation of meat products to customers or between store locations.
