Responsibilities
Tasks
- Perform finish carpentry work including installation of trim, baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials with high accuracy.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Install custom features such as accent walls, coffered ceilings, built-ins, and decorative woodwork.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and aligns with client design expectations.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after project completion.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Identify and resolve on-site carpentry issues as they arise.
- Follow safety guidelines, building codes, and workplace regulations at all times.
- Deliver detailed, high-end craftsmanship consistent with finish carpentry standards.
